We offer “no strings attached” workers on contract – you only hire when you need workers.
We offer the benefit of being non-committal. You can increase and decrease your force as needed, and you do not have to keep employees on for a set amount of time (subject to contractual terms).
We place most suitable candidates tailored to your needs
Our labour hire agency prides itself in scrutinising and supplying workers that best fit the job requirements as specified by you. You tell us your needs, and we ensure that our recruits meet the pre-requisites you specify (e.g. we ensure that our workers hold a Site Safe passport in industries that require workers to obtain such certification). We also provide our workers with Personal Protective Equipment, if required.
We have a large, rapidly-growing pool of unskilled labour to semi skilled workers on demand. If, in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your needs, we can offer alternative solutions to ensure you are serviced well.
Unattached Human Resources Department
The hiring process is long and often complicated. Your HR department first advertises for new workers, spends countless hours checking CVs, interviewing candidates, calling references and performing background checks, and after all that, the new hire quits a month later.
We take care of all that for you. You no longer have to worry about turnover rates or reference checks. If and when a candidate leaves, we go back to our talent pool to recruit the position again, taking as much care and time the second time as the first. All of this is handled by us.
Unattached payroll
Working with Mana Workforce means that your payroll team is not required to manage sick and holiday time, add up and process timesheets, keep track of an expanding and contracting labour force – all of the tedious tasks that you’d love to do without. We take care of all of that for you! Simple!
Administration
All staff questions and issues are handled by us. We file all the admin and paperwork and your labour force will come to us with any payment questions. You do not have to worry about making sure everyone’s pay cheques are correct. You simply handle payment to us. Easy!
